RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
A. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at [email protected] if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.
B. Once we shipped the product, we can’t cancel the order. If you still want to refund, please return new, unopened items to us within 7 calendar days of the delivery when you receive it.
If the return or exchange is caused by the customer, such as inappropriate size, and color, etc., the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are committed to total customer satisfaction. That’s why we give you up to 30 days from the delivery date to return items that are in new, unworn condition with tags attached. When you are sure that there is a demand for return or exchange, please follow steps below:

Our customer service staff will reply to your email within 24 hours to confirm the situation with you, and send you the return and exchange instructions, delivery address and other information. Please follow the instructions after receiving.
Refunds will be issued right after the date we receive your return at our return address, and it may take a few days to show up in your bank account according to your bank’s processing speed.
